Frankie

I’ve been in the industry for 2 years now and in that time I’ve worked with a massively diverse range of clients.

Having gone on my own journey with fitness and seen what’s possible given the correct education and guidance, I wanted to become a coach and help people achieve their goals, grow their confidence and live a happier & healthier life.

I get a massive buzz from seeing someone’s confidence grow so much despite them not initially thinking it was possible.

I choose to take a flexible approach to training and nutrition with the understanding that everyone has a life outside of the gym and being able to enjoy yourself whilst achieving the results you want is completely possible. ⁣

Working at Hiit Hub has changed everything for me personally.

Not only because of the first class equipment but the atmosphere created by the trainers, clients and members is second to none and I feel that surrounding yourself with people determined to win is a massive step in getting where you want to be.

My method of coaching is not military style, and I am definitely not here to instil fear.

My clients become my friends and my family - my team.

I work with them and relate to them on an authentic level.

The majority of my clients so far have been lifestyle clients and this has opened my eyes to the fact that people want to live and be healthy.

They want balance, and I’m here to show people how. After all, life is for living.

For me, I want my clients to enjoy the process.

At the HIITHUB we have the perfect environment for this.

Ste

Hello everyone.

People that know me can attest I've always led an active lifestyle.

Amongst other things, having had continuous memberships for 20+ years in different types of gyms.

Until 2020.. and the pandemic happened!!! The gyms were closed, we were isolated and locked up.

I spiralled to the heaviest most out of shape condition I've been.

Like many, that year changed everything for me, my focus and which direction I wanted to go in.

And as it's never been more evident, that health is one of, if not the most important things we have in life, I made the decision to turn my experience into a qualification.

Around my full time job,I studied for my level 3 PT, and then knew I had to get in shape myself before I coached others.

Having cut out the excuses, gaining a purpose and becoming fit / healthy, I now want to help others achieve their own life changing results. And I feel like I'm in the best place to do so.

Vick

AKA Peggy

Hello my name is vic aka Peggy.

Some may know me as Sargent PUT YOUR WEIGHTS BACK or QUEEN CROSSFIT.

Something I'm proud of and something that separates me from a lot of personal trainers is that I have been you.

I have been there myself.

My journey was hard, it took a lot.

But if I can do it, so can you. My methods may be brutal, but I know what it takes to get to your end goal.

My words of encouragement range from "come on" "you can do it" and "one more rep". But if I start shouting at you, you know you're not working hard enough See you guys on the gym floor
